Awesome job on improving the communication channels!
I'm new to Phi Theta Kappa and just returned from the International Convention. I have to say that being a part of something that is so much bigger than one's self is truly an honor. Communication seems to be a challenge for all chapters and the effort that has been put in to the regional website and blog are a motivator for improving our own communication at the chapter level.
I had the opportunity to meet and interact with many of you this weekend in Grapevine, Texas. I look forward to seeing all of you in a much more intimate setting in Portland over the weekend of May 1st - 3rd. The International Convention was an absolutely life changing experience that has left me feeling empowered to truly make a difference.
I can't wait to see all of you at our Regional Conference! If all of our gatherings are as powerful as the International Convention, I'm in for the journey of my life.
Thanks for allowing me to be part of such a tremendous group of brilliant people. I hope you'll allow me the privilege of serving as one of your regional officers.
